Shipping and Receiving Policy

Hardware Orders:

Ship the same day if order is placed before 1:00 MST, orders placed after cut off time ship the next business day.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that windigosigns.com is out of stock on an item. We have the right to cancel the order and refund the payment method provided.

Graphic Orders:

Average production time is 3 – 5 days after artwork proof is approved and payment has been received. Large orders are exceptions and production times vary depending on the quantity, product, material and finishing details.

Ground / Air Shipping Times

Our standard shipments are with FedEx. Upon check out in the shopping cart you have the option to select the desired shipping delivery date and related cost. See hardware order shipping cut off times above. See graphic production times.

Freight Shipments

windigosigns.com is contracted with several freight companies. We will provide you with pallet / multiple pallets DIM’s and freight shipping options including company, costs and delivery times. There is no additional charge for this service.

Container Shipments

windigosigns.com offers free quotes on full container or partial container shipments to your door.

Shipping Information

www.windigosigns.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.windigosigns.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with Windigo Signs the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability and return and refund policies. Windigo Signs limit of liability is the purchase price of the hardware or graphic purchased. The customer agrees to hold Windigo Signs harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the hardware or graphic purchased. Windigo Signs does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Windigo Signs is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Windigo Signs control. A hardware or graphic may be either refunded or repaired at Windigo Signs discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.

In no event shall www.windigosigns.com’s liability to customer for any claims under this agreement exceed the amount paid by customer to www.windigosigns.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event’s giving rise to customer’s claim. When it comes to shipping delays we follow FedEx rules and exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond FedEx’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, hazardous materials, packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil, unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, FedEx’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

Shipping/Address Change in Transit

Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit – at no fault of Windigo Signs – then there will be a fee added at time of request.
